By using GulpCheck you agree to these terms. They're short, and the most important part comes first.
GulpCheck estimates poisoning risk from published veterinary toxicity thresholds and the information you enter. It doesn't examine your pet, diagnose anything, or replace a veterinarian. Products vary in strength and pets react differently, so every result is an estimate. If your pet has symptoms or you're unsure, contact a vet or an animal poison line right away. Never delay care because of a GulpCheck result.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make a purchase.
A one-time payment of US$4.99 (or the price shown at checkout) unlocks GulpCheck's paid dose checks for 24 hours on the device and browser used to pay. It isn't a subscription and nothing renews. Emergency guidance on GulpCheck is always free. Payments are processed by Stripe, and the charge appears on your statement as GULPCHECK.COM. Prices may include or exclude local taxes as shown at checkout.
If the service didn't work for you or you were charged by mistake, email support@gulpcheck.com within 14 days of purchase with the email used at checkout, and we'll refund the full amount to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, copy or resell it, and no automated access.
GulpCheck is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made based on its results, or for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
We may update these terms and will change the date below when we do. GulpCheck is operated from São Paulo, Brazil. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Questions: support@gulpcheck.com.
