Payment went through but the check is still locked

1. Refresh the page. The confirmation can take a few seconds.
2. Use the same device and browser you paid on. Unlocks are saved in that browser.
3. Still locked? Email support@gulpcheck.com with the email address you used at checkout. We'll fix it or refund you.

What does a payment unlock?

One payment of US$4.99 unlocks every dose check for 24 hours on the device you paid on, so you can recheck amounts or check a second substance. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If something didn't work or you were charged by mistake, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you. See the terms.

What will I see on my card statement?

The charge appears as GULPCHECK.COM. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Is GulpCheck a veterinarian?

No. GulpCheck gives general information based on published veterinary sources. It can't examine your pet, and it doesn't replace a vet. When in doubt, call your vet or a 24/7 animal poison line.
